Jiangsu DINGS' sells variable sizes and strokes based Voice Coil Actuators this video shows 13.2mm diameter of High Force Voice Coil Actuator operation. It runs as open loop control via 0~max. 50Hz of PWM frequency. Voice coil actuator runs at very low noise then it runs very smoothly but also guarantees precise motion.
13.2mm diameter of voice coil linear actuator generates 2.2N continuous force and 6.7N peak force. Also 40mm diameter of standard voice coil linear actuator is also available.
DINGS' Voice Coil Actuators can be customized in various ways to increase diameter of motor body and also strokes to achieve customer's special demand. In general, Voice Coil Actuator can be run at high frequency movement via DINGS standard BLDC driver, DS-OLBD series which control max. 200Hz frequency.
Voice coil actuators can adapt analog linear hall sensor or external linear scale for closed loop control too.
