Here DINGS' introduces compact 8mm Brushed DC motor and the LR DLM series, capable of achieving L/R bidirectional linear motion with a single stepper motor. DINGS' 8mm Brushed DC motor is a high-performance compact DC motor equipped with a 1:4 or 1:16 precision planetary gearbox and 256-line encoder. Additionally, the LR DLM series improves upon the existing DINGS' standard DLM by enabling bidirectional motion with a single stepper motor. The demo incorporates and carries two 8mm DC motors. The LR DLM provides stroke options from a minimum 20mm to maximum of 300mm. It offers economical solutions with standard lead screw solution, as well as high-precision motion solutions with ball screws based on customer applications. As shown in the video, hollow type encoder can be installed to implement a closed-loop system too. With its versatile stroke range and various lead screws compatible with different motor sizes, customers can conveniently select and use the products that best fit their needs. In the video, the LR DLM is driven by DINGS' closed-loop system drive, the DS-CLS9-FRS4-01. In addition, two 8mm Brushed DC motors are powered by a dual-axis drive from DINGS' drive partner, Welcon Systems.
