Jiangsu DINGS' offers spring supported Anti-Backlash nut for all stepper size (NEMA8 to NEMA24) of External linear actuator to provide best performance. If screw lead is fine enough less than 0.635mm, there is self-locking force between screw and nut.
But if screw lead gets bigger, you may concern to apply Anti-backlash nut.
