Jiangsu DINGS’ offers high performance of stepper driven electric linear guide supported actuator, DLG series.
DINGS’ designs and develops DLG Series based on premium level of DINGS’ Non-captive stepper ball screw linear actuator and it has NEMA11 (28mm), NEMA17 (42mm) and NEMA23 (57mm) options.
NEMA11 (28mm) DLG offers Max. 30mm stroke with C7 Rolled ball screw via 1 & 2mm pitch.
NEMA17 (42mm) DLG offers Min. 40mm stroke to Max. 70mm stroke with C7 Rolled ball screw via 1, 2, 6 & 10mm pitch.
NEMA23 (57mm) DLG offers Min. 40mm stroke to Max. 70mm stroke with C7 Rolled ball screw via 1, 2, 6 & 10mm pitch.
Guide supported DLG series enables customer to get rid of extra mechanical components for example, fixed and support side block, bearings, installation purpose of mechanical parts and so on. It helps to reduce time of machine desgin and simply parts selection process.
Also DLG series can be adopted with high resolution of incremental or absolute encoder to provide high precision and for certain applications, DINGS' Closed loop driver DS-CLS9 series of Force Control Function can be easily used. By using specific User Interface Program and adjust torque ratio by percentage between 0~100%, user adjust and tune up torque ratio by few clicks.
