DINGS' Strengthens High-Speed, High-Precision Positioning with Voice Coil Stage and Voice Coil Motor Precision Control Solutions

In recent years, demand has been rapidly increasing across the semiconductor, optics, medical, bio, and inspection automation industries for motion solutions that simultaneously deliver micrometer-level positioning accuracy, fast response, and low-noise operation. In response to this trend, DINGS' is expanding the application scope of high-speed, high-precision direct-drive motion control through precision control solutions based on Voice Coil Stages and Voice Coil Motors (VCM).

■ High-Precision Voice Coil Stage with Linear Encoder Feedback

The newly introduced Voice Coil Stage features a high-precision linear encoder with a resolution of 0.2 µm, combined with a cross-roller bearing structure to achieve both excellent repeatability and stable straight-line motion. With a 76 mm platform and a 20 mm stroke, the stage delivers fast dynamic response and precise control even in space-constrained environments. It is well suited for a wide range of industrial applications, including inspection equipment, material handling systems, and high-precision positioning devices.

■ Precision Position and Speed Control Solutions Based on VCM

DINGS' also provides precision control–oriented solutions for VCM products, going beyond simple actuation. The VCM + analog Hall sensor + DINGS' drive configuration is optimized for applications requiring fine positioning control, such as optical focusing modules and lens alignment systems, enabling both fast response and stable position feedback.

In addition, the VCM + DINGS' drive–based speed control solution delivers smooth velocity control and low-vibration performance in systems that require high-speed repetitive motion, including scanning equipment, semiconductor inspection modules, and laser stages.
